…and I would love to share my yoga practice with you.
I have been practising yoga for 7 years and have completed 500 hours of Yoga Alliance accredited training. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Meditation.
I have a kind and compassionate approach to teaching and believe that we can be our own best teachers if we listen to our bodies.
I guide students through classes with compassion and different options so you can take things at your own speed.
