Private classes are a wonderful, personal way to deepen your yoga practice. Each session is tailored to suit your needs and there is much more opportunity for adjustments so that you can get the most out of each pose.
Private classes are held in your own home so are great if you are nervous of attending a larger class, or have had an injury which prevents you from doing the range of poses found in regular classes.
